Payment and Cancellation Policy for Domestic tour and Travel as follows

Domestic Tour Payments
Initial Amount at the time of booking INR 5000 per pax or 20% of package whichever is lesser. Upto 45 days prior to the date of departure of tour 30% of total tour cost Upto 30 days prior The date of departure of tour 50% of total tour cost Upto 15 days prior to the date of departure of tour 100% of the total tour cost At the time of Cancellation or Amendments

Domestic Tour Payments
Upto 45 days before date of departure of tour Full Refuned Between 45 to 30 days before date of departure of tour 70% of total tour cost will be refunded Between 29 to 15 days before date of departure of tour 50% of total tour cost will be refunded Less than 15 days before date of departure of tour or no show No refund.

(i) Asia, Cruise Included Packages, Middle East and Islands Timeline for Minimum Per Person Payment to be made by the Client Charges At the time of booking – Interest free non-refundable deposit INR 10,000 per person* By 25 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour 50% of total tour cost By 15 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour 100% of the total tour cost * In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost to be paid at the time of booking & will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.

When a Cancellation is made Cancellation Charges per Person

From booking date up to 25 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour Booking amount + Visa charges + Cruise amount (if applicable) From 24 to 16 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour 50% of the total Tour cost 15 days or less prior to the date of departure of the Tour 100% of the total Tour cost.

(ii) Europe, Cruise Included packages and Rest of the World Timeline for the Minimum Per Person Payment to be made by the Client Charges At the time of booking – Interest free non-refundable deposit INR 25,000 per person* By 45 days before departure or at time of Visa processing (whichever is earlier) – non-refundable INR 40,000 per person* By 35 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour 60% of total tour cost By 25 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour 100% of the total Tour Cost * In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost to be paid at the time of booking & will be for feitedin case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.

When a Cancellation is made Cancellation Charges per Person

AADITYA TOURS AND TRAVELS will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any information derived from the registration for, or use of, any online service (including names and addresses) without the consent of the user or customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). When AADITYA TOURS AND TRAVELS uses other agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its behalf, AADITYA TOURS AND TRAVELS will ensure that the company protects your personally identifiable information consistent with this policy. AADITYA TOURS AND TRAVELS will allow suppliers to access the information for purposes of confirming your membership and providing you with membership benefits you are entitled to.
